1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Systemized Sales Internal Portal ("the Platform") at app.systemizedsales.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Access and Authorization

The Platform is an internal tool provided by Systemized Sales LLC for authorized personnel only. Access is granted at the sole discretion of Systemized Sales LLC and may be revoked at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for its intended business purposes
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized individuals
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Platform
  • Not copy, distribute, or share proprietary content (SOPs, scripts, playbooks) outside of Systemized Sales

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to sales scripts, SOPs, training materials, playbooks, and dashboards — is the intellectual property of Systemized Sales LLC and/or its clients. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Information accessed through the Platform is confidential. You agree not to disclose any proprietary information, client data, performance metrics, or business processes to any third party without explicit written authorization.

6. Google Calendar Integration

If you connect your Google Calendar, you grant the Platform read-only access to your calendar events for display purposes. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Systemized Sales LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Systemized Sales LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
